SUN CONNEXION TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE

1. Interpretation & General Terms

1.1. "SUN CONNEXION PTY LTD," "Us," "We," or "Our" refers to Sun Connexion ABN 75 666 079 330, based in Queensland, Australia.
1.2. "Customer," "Client," or "You" refers to the individual or entity engaging with Sun Connexion’s services.
1.3. "Price" refers to the total cost, inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), for any services performed or scheduled, as indicated on tax invoices.
1.4. "Services" include astrology readings, coaching, workshops, retreats, and related offerings provided by Sun Connexion.
1.5. These Terms & Conditions operate alongside Sun Connexion’s Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other official documents.
1.6. The singular includes the plural, and vice versa. References to "persons" include individuals, corporations, and trusts.
1.7. If multiple persons engage as customers, they are jointly and severally liable.
1.8. Clients acting as trustees are bound in both their personal and trustee capacities.
1.9. Clients remain liable for all services requested, even in cases of business structural changes.
1.10. Engaging in Sun Connexion’s services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1.11. If any term is deemed unenforceable, it shall be modified or removed without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
1.12. Failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

2.1. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, where applicable.
2.2. Prices may change without notice. Customers must verify pricing before engagement.
2.3. Some services involve third-party providers. Separate agreements may apply.
2.4. Prices for Sun Connexion’s services do not include third-party services unless explicitly stated.

3. Payment Policy

3.1. Full payment is required upfront unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
3.2. Failure to complete payments will result in full liability for outstanding amounts.
3.3. Clients are responsible for any direct debit setup fees.
3.4. Additional services may require further payments.
3.5. Non-payment may result in cancellation of services.
3.6. Legal fees may be charged for recovery of unpaid amounts.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1. Astrology Readings & Consultations
All readings are non-refundable and non-transferable due to preparation required. Bookings may be rescheduled at our discretion.

4.2. Workshops & Seminars

Cancellations 30+ days prior: 80% refund (request by email).
Cancellations within 30 days: No refund.
Bookings may be transferred to another person with written notice.

4.3. Consumer Law Compliance
If legally required under Australian Consumer Law, we will offer refunds or resupply.
Claims must be emailed to hello@sunconnexion.au.

4.4. No Cooling-Off Period
No refunds for change of mind.

4.5. Refund Processing
Refunds are in AUD. We are not responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees.

4.6. Medical Considerations
Rescheduling for medical reasons may be accepted with proof. Requests must be emailed.

5. Services Provided & Disclaimers

5.1. Scope of Services

We offer astrology readings, coaching, Family Constellations, workshops, talks, and retreats.
Services are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
We do not provide financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
Family Constellations are a therapeutic approach but do not replace professional care.
Clients are responsible for their own health and wellbeing.
Always use your discernment.

5.2. Assumption of Risk

You engage in services at your own risk.
Sun Connexion is not liable for decisions made based on readings.
Results are not guaranteed. Testimonials are examples only.

5.3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials remain the property of Sun Connexion.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide does not breach laws or IP rights.
Sun Connexion may outsource or contract work as needed.

5.4. Consent & Media Use

You consent to the possible use of recordings, photos, or testimonials for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.5. Medical Fitness

By using our services, you confirm you are medically fit to participate. Please disclose any conditions beforehand.

6. Customer Code of Conduct

6.1. The customer must: 6.1.1. Provide full disclosure.
6.1.2. Be patient.
6.1.3. Communicate fully.
6.1.4. Comply with all applicable laws.
These are together considered Sun Connexion’s "code of conduct."
Astrology is not a guessing game. Honest communication and accurate information are essential.

6.2. Failure to comply may result in service termination without refund.
6.3. We may terminate services at our discretion with written notice.
6.4. Client privacy is protected under Australian privacy laws.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

7.1. These terms are governed by Queensland, Australia law.
7.2. Disputes will be handled exclusively in Queensland courts.
7.3. International clients agree to this jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect personal data with SSL encryption.
We collect name, contact details, birth info, and payment details only for service delivery.
We do not sell or share data unless required by law.
Third-party websites are not covered by this policy.
